In a retainer model we craft a contract that suits your specific needs. This enables us to maximize your investment based off the types of properties you work with.

John Doe Realty
$2,000 per month, due on the 1st
Up to 25 properties. Remainder to roll over for 3 calendar months. Additional properties $75 each.
Large Property surcharge – $50 for every 1,000 sq ft over 3,000
Garage Interiors – $25
Additional Buildings – Exteriors of one additional structure is included. Each additional structure $25, and $50 for interiors.
Twilight exteriors – $50
Travel – 0-30mi included, 30-60mi $30, 60mi+ actual mileage @ $1/mi. Mileage is measured via Google Maps from Cedar Rapids City Hall
Extras will be billed by the 3rd of the following month, payment due by the 10th.
This retainer works well for a realtor/property manager that primarily works with modest sized properties in Cedar Rapids. By billing for extras, we are able to keep the retainer low. These contracts can be structured to suit the needs of the client. For some, having a higher per property fee and no extras might make more sense.
